Is the product guaranteed?

Yes, all buildings come with a minimum 10 year structural guarantee.

How long does it take to build?

Obviously it depends on the size and complexity of the building, but we can complete a typical steel building as quick as 2 days.

From placing an order, how quickly can you be on site?

Typically around 5 weeks, allowing for producing materials in our factory and ordering any specialist materials.

Do you offer supply only?

We prefer to carry out the delivery and installation as one service to ensure the quality of build and warranties can be offered.

Do you supply everything?

We supply and fit doors, including electric and manual overhead or roller shutter doors, windows, all flashings, fixings, guttering, downpipes etc. The whole lot!

What about ground works, drainage, plumbing, electrical and fit out?

We are able to provide groundworks however we advise clients to buy in the additional services.

Do I require planning permission?

Any Planning Consent is the client’s sole responsibility. Hanson Steel Buildings will assist with any detail required to progress the project.

Do you provide custom made buildings?

All of our buildings are made to order so yes they are fully custom made to our client’s exact specifications.

Is there a delivery charge?

Our prices include delivery, installation and VAT.

What access is required to install the unit?

This depends on the size of the unit you intend to install. Please enquire with the office before you install a base or book a site survey.
